Deposits

We capture card details for all appointments. To avoid losing your deposit please follow our 72 hour cancellation policy or allow a minimum of 48 hours if you need to reschedule.

If you do need to cancel all deposits will be refunded as a credit to your Lavish account and will be valid for 1 year.

Refunds & Guarantees

Joico Colour Guarantee

We use Joico and can only guarantee colouring services when purchasing the correct Joico aftercare from Lavish.

Product Refunds

Unopened products that can be resold can be returned and refunded.

Service Refunds

We do not refund services, but we do offer to correct any mistakes, please contact us within 3 working days of your completed service.

Cancellations & Amendments & Rescheduling

We are understanding that things come up etc. To avoid losing your deposit and being charged, please let us know if you cannot make your appointment. We require a minimum of 72 hours notice this allows us time to refill the appointment.

Please arrive slightly before your appointment time, to allow us the time to carry out your full treatment/service, if you are over 10 minutes late we may have to reschedule.
